The staff were very rude! And we had to wait 40 mins for only 1drink out of three!! This make me never want to go back to a Starbucks in an airport ever again and if I could I would rate this a 0 star for how bad it is!!!
Rude staff, misbehaved and i asked them to correct my order twice and gave it wrong twice
I had a disappointing customer service experience. While taking and handing me my order, one of the employees (a blonde with black hair) rolled her eyes at me even though I was polite and respectful throughout the interaction and saying thank you.
I found this behavior unprofessional and not reflective of the level of customer service I would expect. Based on this experience, I feel that her attitude does not align with the company's values or commitment to serving customers.
