A barista pour away my whole protein shake and say they have to serve drinks in a clean cup. I ordered 2 shots of espresso with 1/4 milk. She didn’t even ask if I still want my drink, she just took my cup and pour everything away. And that is 25g of boba tea protein that I was going to mix with the espresso with lactose free milk. Wasted my expensive protein and money. Only to receive a sorry. I don’t accept the apology!

Starbucks is a spacious and well-lit cafe known for its courteous and kind staff. Drinks are expertly prepared, including popular choices like the Brown Sugar Shaken Oat Milk Espresso. The atmosphere remains pleasant, even though the location is busy due to its spot in Yorkdale mall. Some customers note that lines can be long and the waiting area may feel uncomfortable and confusing. However, certain staff members stand out for their exceptional customer service, particularly a kind Asian employee with dark hair who has received praise for being friendly and attentive. Overall, the cafe provides a memorable experience, with helpful staff who ensure that orders are called out as they are prepared, making the visit enjoyable despite the hustle and bustle.
