Based on the reviews, Ladurée Yorkdale is the most beautiful and aesthetic location visited. The shop has a beautifully designed and elegant atmosphere. The desserts and macarons are chef’s kiss, fresh, delicate, and some of the best in Toronto. The macarons are colourful, nicely balanced in sweetness, with a light and crisp outside and a soft centre. Favorites include the Vanilla Millefeuille and the rose Ispahan. Everything is always fresh and delicious. For pastries only, it is 5 stars, though a little overpriced with a cake at $14. However, the service and attention were really disappointing for some, with a 20-minute wait for the bill. In contrast, Angel provides exceptional customer service, is professional, warm, attentive, and makes the whole experience excellent. This location is the best spot in Yorkdale mall to take a break from shopping.
