“After working Boxing Day morning, I decided to order myself an Iced White Chocolate Mocha with Peppermint Mocha Cream Cold Foam through the app as a treat after dealing with a lot that day. I arrived here within maybe 2 minutes and was greeted but a super super kind and energetic guy (I'm so sorry I don't know your name) at the drive-thru speaker! He asked me how I was, I asked him how he was, he made a few jokes, including that we'd have to play 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' to see who actually gets the drink in the end. I made a joke back, thinking he was being funny, but I got to the window and he actually played 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' with me! He ultimately won but he gave me my drink and absolutely made my day. Once again, I'm sorry I don't know your name, but he was younger, longer hair and glasses. Thank you for making my day and for making a great drink!“
“Imagine walking into a Starbucks where the Staff is Friendly and Smart and Kind and most of all - ENGAGED With the Customer Never happens. Or rarely happens unless you're a daily regular. All the Starbucks in NiagaraFalls are extremely overpriced, under stocked and much of the Staff are so over Tourists. But I come here on a regular basis for work. This time it was Work and Pleasure just 2 days before the end of the year. Having swerved the crappy staff at the Starbucks in my hotel and not wanting to walk back up to the hill to the Starbucks inside the either of the other hotels where there is one fairly nice Barista and the rest of the staff are crap, we decided to try the Starbucks inside the Marriott. Inside 5 staffers were laughing and giggling. Fairly quickly one Dude broke from the group to take our order. Big smile. Looked right at us and welcomed us. He was smart and quick and kind and efficient. He said he was not the Manager. Just a regular working guy with a wife and 2 year-old. He was engaging. Asked us questions. Laughed at our corny jokes. Hopefully the staffers behind him realized they were getting a #MasterClass in the much needed and sadly lacking #Customer Service atmosphere in Canada. “Went early during the morning and it was empty with seats available. The staff was nice. Walked past here at night and it was packed. You can collect your stars if you have the Starbucks card but for some reason you can't redeem anything.“
“Seeing so many negative reviews about this Starbucks when it doesn't really deserve it. Prices ARE about double what you'd expect to pay but, in my 4 day experience at Niagara, that's literally everything in this town and far from unique to this Starbucks. Staff are all professional and keep the line moving well. Fairly gracious under pressure, there's never more than a 10 minute wait even during the busiest of rushes. We had coffee every morning we were at the Hilton and never had a negative experience.“
“Was so yummy and I could taste the love that the young gentleman put into my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. HOWEVER!!! I wanted to get a cake pop but there was a fat fly the size of the cake popAlready eating it in the case!!! It was half gone!! I lost my appetite just watching this fly cut me in line and enjoy the last cake pop right in front of my face!!!!!! I cried a little but felt better after tasting the love in my hand crafted espresso drink. Thought it was overpriced but Canada money is different. Was ok, can’t force customers to shower I guess.“

“Super friendly baristas! Conveniently located in the Four Points by Sheraton near the casino walkway. Yes, the prices are much higher than the standard Sbux price but it’s a tourist area and they’re likely owned differently than your standard Sbux store. That’s not the fault of the baristas so don’t take it out on them. My drinks from here were delicious ?“

“Danish and Sahib were wonderful! These gentlemen were sweet and graciously responsive to my requests. The space is clean, and you can't beat the location, right at the top of Clifton Hill in the heart of Niagara Falls' tourist district. I will definitely stop in whenever we are in the area.“
