“I wanted to recognize two outstanding team members at this Starbucks: Graycen and Kaitlyn. They consistently greet customers with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, and they always make us feel welcome and appreciated. As regular customers, we’ve come to look forward to seeing them because they take the time to make every visit feel personal.
Their positive attitudes, friendly conversations, and sincere greetings go above and beyond what is expected. “Lizzy was amazing! She was incredibly friendly and made my drink exactly how I wanted it (I can be a bit complicated). The service was fast, the drink was perfect, and their positive attitude really made my day. It's always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely cares about giving great customer service. “Was here on a snow day!!! Everything was closed but Amelia knocked it out of the park!!! Food delivered to table!! Over the top kindness and discussion. Recommended the sriracha sauce on my everything croissant ham sandwich. Who the hell knew they had packs of sriracha sauce at Starbucks!!!! Well done my friends!!!!“

“I have literally had the best morning ever thanks to Starbucks and this pumpkin chai.
Shoutout to all the workers as soon as I walk in they all say goodmorning with a smile on their face it’s like me walking through those doors made their day:) and that warm welcome is why I will always choose Starbucks. Also can I just say I adore the new dining area it’s so cute and cozy and love the new couches so cute!“

One of our toddlers was having a bit of a meltdown, and Alyssa went above and beyond by offering both of our little ones a tiny cup of whipped cream. It was such a simple and thoughtful gesture, but it completely changed the moment for our kids—and honestly, for us too! 🥹

Alyssa was absolutely amazing with them—so sweet, patient, and genuinely kind. There were also a few other girls working who were incredibly sweet and patient with our kiddos as well. They made us feel so welcomed and never once made us feel like our toddlers were being a bother, even during a challenging moment.

It’s little acts of kindness like this that really stand out. Thank you to Alyssa and the entire team for making our visit such a positive and memorable experience. Starbucks is lucky to have such a wonderful group of people! ❤“

“The ladies working today were lovely. Super friendly and quick to help. She even checked on me to make sure something I put on my order was correct.
The only downside is the tourist inflation on the prices at this location. For some reason it was a ay pricier than another Starbucks near by. Starbucks should correct that.“

“It is so nice to have a Starbucks in the hotel. Coffee was delicious and the staff was very friendly and quick with the orders. Plenty of seating by the Starbucks. Pastries were good too- will definitely be visiting this hotel Starbucks again before we leave!“

They've known that I've been in London Starbucks but I've also had an employee work there that knew me from Tillsonburg Starbucks. So they actually pay attention to their customers and they always are very kind.“

“It’s a tiny takeaway corner.Situated in the embassy suites building. Quite accessible.We had two of the sweetest asian baristas.Good conversation and the coffee was nice.I wish they had sitting too but if you are planning to walk out with your coffee, it’s just 50 steps from a great view of the horseshoe falls from the top (see the pic)“

“This Starbucks at feels like a calm little pause in the middle of Niagara Falls’ energy. We stopped in for an espresso and a latte on our way back to our vehicle after seeing the Falls and grabbing lunch, and it turned out to be a perfect stop. The baristas were warm and welcoming, and the drinks were made with that smooth, consistent quality you hope for after a long day of walking. The espresso had a clean, bright finish, and the latte was rich and comforting without being heavy.

The café itself is surprisingly beautiful for being so close to one of the busiest tourist areas in Canada. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and you can feel the hum of the city without it ever becoming overwhelming. It’s clean, well‑kept, and has that familiar Starbucks warmth that makes it easy to settle in for a moment before heading back out.

Its location is one of its biggest strengths. You’re just a short walk from the edge of Niagara Falls, with Clifton Hill’s attractions, restaurants, and shops all nearby. It’s close enough that you can still feel the mist in the air, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet break from the crowds. Whether you’re coming from the Falls, exploring the surrounding sights, or heading back to your car after a full day, this Starbucks is a convenient and relaxing stop that adds a little comfort to the Niagara experience.“

“It’s been a while since I last had coffee at Starbucks, so I decided to stop by today. I ordered a customized coffee, and from the very first sip, it tasted amazing.

A special shoutout to Samriti, who took my order and prepared my customized coffee perfectly. She was incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. Her excellent customer service truly made the experience even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful time, and the delicious coffee made my day memorable. I wish I could give more than five stars, but unfortunately, that’s the highest rating available!

The drinks and food were too good! We ordered the egg white bites, a pumpkin matcha, and a chai tea—everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly made.

“It's a Starbucks, so it's on the expensive side and this one does not have a quiet seating area since it's in a floor share with a hotellobby, Giftshop and K-Mart, but quality is good as always.
Staff was very friendly and I want to thank Rashmi and Ravneet for the superb service!“
