Karenza serve was outstanding
Walked in the door and stood at counter for 5 mins while 1 worker was working on multiple things. She did not say hi or acknowledge our presence. After 2 other people walked in and got in line, she went to the back and another employee came back with her. The other employee was Savannah. She immediately acknowledged us and asked what she get started for us. My wife ordered, one of the ovens went off and she kept engaging with us while she removed the food and bagged it.
