Starbucks Coffee Company is a very clean and friendly coffee shop. The staff are always very friendly and work hard. They make great food and drinks. The service is always pretty quick. There is ample seating, even for how relatively small it is. Most customers are mindful of noise, and they play decent music. The staff are so so awesome at this location.
Specific staff members are described as welcoming, friendly, and super friendly, even when it is busy. One staff member goes above and beyond to make sure customers are comfortable and satisfied. Another staff member greets customers with a smile every time. An iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel drizzle came out perfect. A strawberry frappacino is also popular. In one visit, two frapps were ordered, one tall and one grande, but they made two talls. They made a new grande and let the customer keep both talls.
There are two complaints. Every fabric will smell strongly of coffee. The location is near two high schools, so after 3pm during the work week the place is completely filled with teenagers, and customers are often unable to find seating.
