It’s about time I leave a review! I come here to this location a lot with my friends and family, and let me tell you, I’m always amazed with my coffee! I switch up my order every time, and I’m always impressed with how good the drinks are! The staff are super friendly as a whole, and even help me out by recommending drinks :) great service, atmosphere, and food at this location. Great job everyone!!
This location was spacious and clean. Lots of merchandise to choose from. My drink was an experiment and it was delicious.

Starbucks in the Niagara Falls region offers excellent customer service, with friendly staff and quick service. The employees are amazing, and the food and drinks, like the tall strawberry açaí, are always perfect. The location is very clean, making it a pleasant place to visit. One employee, Jalen, has been recognized for his efficiency and professionalism in managing the busy environment. He communicates well with customers and staff, ensuring everyone feels attended to. While some experiences have been mixed, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming, making it a great spot for a delicious Frappuccino or latte, whether for first-timers or daily visitors.
