We came to this location and our server Paulette was awesome. We sat down with our 2.5 year old for dinner and our server knew we were on our toddlers patience for time. She immediately put through the order for our toddler before drinks and our order, which worked out amazing as the food for our toddler came out just in time to avoid a meltdown in the restaurant. The food was great and overall great experience, thank you very much
My sister, my partner, my nephew and I came for dinner on Sunday. Paulette was our server and she was AMAZING! I have never had service as good as this, she was attentive, and so sweet with my 4 year old nephew, she made sure he was taken care of as well as us. Thanks Paulette for making dinner so great. :)

Boston Pizza provides a wonderful experience at various locations in Canada. The staff, including phenomenal servers like Paulette, ensure that the dining experience is awesome and the food was quick and tasty. While the dining room can get busy with large parties, the service remains timely and attentive. The Maple bacon burger is still delish, and the food, such as the jalapeño dip and chicken fingers, is amazing. Although there have been mentions of food quality issues and pricing was high, the convenience of the location and its kid-friendly atmosphere are definite pluses. The manager at the Dorchester restaurant has received praise for being wonderful, and overall, Boston Pizza is a great place for a family dinner, creating sweet memories.
