If I could give no stars, I would. This is by far the worst drink I've ever had. The barista mistook my Starbucks coffee for a double-double. Clearly, he's used to making that drink and forgot where he's currently working, which is Starbucks. This establishment has just degraded their reputation by hiring these people.
Quite simply the most shameful Starbucks in Canada!!! Very expensive for identical products!! Rude staff, who prefer to chat with their friends rather than deal with the customer. Refuses to serve a glass of water without charging when I just paid $40 for a small cup, a latte and two frapuccinos! A joke ! I absolutely advise against it. To avoid !

The staff here is so amazing! They're all very friendly and polite. The prices are outrageous, but that's not the staff's fault. Starbucks is expensive to begin with so upping the price due to the location is pretty wild. The service was faster than most Starbucks. Unfortunately, you can't pre-order at this location but the service makes up for that.
