The barista didn't know how to make a regular drink and was annoyed by that!!?? I ordered a brown sugar oat latte, something on normal Starbucks menu. First they gave me a iced something, and I said I didn't ordered that. Then she got annoyed and kept asking how much milk to use as if she has never heard of the drink before. Seeing so many negative reviews about this Starbucks when it doesn't really deserve it. Prices ARE about double what you'd expect to pay but, in my 4 day experience at Niagara, that's literally everything in this town and far from unique to this Starbucks. Staff are all professional and keep the line moving well. Fairly gracious under pressure, there's never more than a 10 minute wait even during the busiest of rushes. It’s a convenient location but the prices in Niagara are ridiculous at almost $7 for a regular coffee and $13 for a specialty ice coffee is a complete rip off that makes absolutely no sense.
