It’s a convenient location but the prices in Niagara are ridiculous at almost $7 for a regular coffee and $13 for a specialty ice coffee is a complete rip off that makes absolutely no sense.

The barista didn't know how to make a regular drink and was annoyed by that!!?? I ordered a brown sugar oat latte, something on normal Starbucks menu. First they gave me a iced something, and I said I didn't ordered that. Then she got annoyed and kept asking how much milk to use as if she has never heard of the drink before. She got very annoyed when I said I wanted a normal one, just like those in normal Starbucks. She said they only serve hot americanas??!! Finally had to tell her to make the latte using oat milk and add syrup. Thank goodness it tasted normal. Never seen a barista that unprofessional. Double the price for half the service. Just flabbergasted.

Seeing so many negative reviews about this Starbucks when it doesn't really deserve it. Prices ARE about double what you'd expect to pay but, in my 4 day experience at Niagara, that's literally everything in this town and far from unique to this Starbucks. Staff are all professional and keep the line moving well. Fairly gracious under pressure, there's never more than a 10 minute wait even during the busiest of rushes. We had coffee every morning we were at the Hilton and never had a negative experience.
I'm not a huge Starbucks conassuier but I thought it was strange this location doesn't accept coupons, use the app or accept codes from the app. Was disappointed cause I had a BOGO to use. Busy place. Baristas seem annoyed they work there.

We came here after the majority of the other Starbucks in the area were closed, we decided to order 2 grande drinks, (+1.00 for lactofree milk!) and a sandwich to share, I was going to scan my rewards QR on the app but the barista told me that this location didn't accept the QR.. anyway, the entire order came out to be $31.75, nearly double the price of what it should have been! Can a cooperation upcharge in this way because it's absolutely outrageous. honestly, when I heard that I wanted to walk away but we were just tired at this point.
