“Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“Tim Hortons at 5140 main St was the best experience at any Tim Hortons hands down. Greeted at brkft lunch time change by the sweetest polite accommodating young lady. Best first impression. Then our turkey club was super delicious, couldn't believe it came from a fast food establishment. Noted all the employees working in harmony with positive attitudes. If one employee was busy, another employee immediately stepped up. Eating there made our day. Those wonderful employees deserve something.“

“I stopped here to have some hot chocolate & a breakfast sandwich. I was an hour early for a job interview. The atmosphere was wonderful. The other guests weren't too loud & the table/chairs were clean/non-sticky. The cashier was friendly & got me some jelly when I asked for it. Will visit again when I'm in the area.“

“I had a great experience at this coffee shop! A really kind young lady working there totally made my day. ( I believe her name was Navia). I was struggling to pick an iced coffee, but she asked about the flavors I usually like and then created the most delicious drink for me. She even complimented my tattoos, which was a sweet bonus. Excellent service and a feel-good atmosphere! Seriously give this employee a raise!!!“

“Actually was at Charlie The Butchers and Tim Hortons awesome sandwiches they even had prime rib roast beef and my fiance loved the turkey my father of course got a triple triple from Tim Hortons and he loves hot coffee cuz they don't give it to him at the nursing home“

“I cross my fingers that it’s Jesus working everytime. Me and my brother love him here. Honestly, it’s usually a poor experience with someone who doesn’t speak English but whenever Jesus is working it’s truly like coming to a 5 star restaurant. He has the best customer service out of anyone there and I will continually come to this location just for his customer service. He always makes sure our order is correct and hot everytime too. That doesn’t happen with anyone else here. I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons since I was a kid and have never received such amazing customer service till he started working here.
