“I’ve always loved Tim Hortons for their delicious, comforting food—but today, I’m even more impressed by their amazing staff and management team! This morning, I accidentally left my handbag behind after breakfast. Hours later, I realized it was gone and was extremely anxious because it contained my driver’s license, credit cards, and other important documents.

When I rushed back, the staff immediately recognized me and told me they had found it. I was so relieved and grateful! Huge shout-out to Ethan Hart and Victoria Butler for their honesty, professionalism, and kindness. You turned a stressful moment into one filled with gratitude. Thank you!“

“I made a mistake when ordering, somewhat my fault but they have two different menu items with nearly identical names . I went back and explained and the gave me the other item for free. Service was fast, friendly, efficient. It’s obvious these employees care about doing their job properly and trying to keep the customers happy. They all deserve a raise.“
