“I REALLY want to thank this location for caring about quality!! I get migraines and tremors due to chronic fatigue from thyroid disease. Caffeine really helps with this so a properly made drink is very important to me. With other locations I am often served what is essentially just a cup of milk. Thank you so much to everyone at this location, including the manager for hiring great employees!! You all genuinely make a big difference in my life!“
“I go here instead of the two closer locations. It's worth the drive. That is to say, it is much better than either of the Tim Horton's locations on UB's North campus. I must preface this. To be better than those is not hard. The bar is soooo low and limited and the stand of the bar is made of old wet newspaper held up only with the stickiness of an Elmer's GlueStick, to not be better than those locations would be akin to forgetting how to breathe, or pushing on every door labeled "Pull", eating a banana without peeling it, eating the little pellet bags you find in the boxes of new shoes, etc. They also have the Chipotle sauce which is really the only reason I go there. The farmers wrap slaps, they take the rewards too which the campus ones don't because... I don't know. Probably because students use their UB cards and parents essentially pay for the coffee and rewarding that kind of behavior is apparently not Campus-Tim's way.“
“Nice location, however the staff doesn't know how to count. 3 days in a row I ordered Timbits (donut holes) and every time I was short changed. Today I counted and insisted on getting what I paid for before leaving (my own mistake for not checking on previous visits).“
“There are definitely some issues with this place. The coffee is made wrong, or is such poor quality it should not be given to a customer, quite often. At this particular location, however, the problem is NOT the workers. Just look at the parking lot, it looks like a stagecoach trail!! It's littered with potholes in the summer and if it gets plowed in the winter it's a quick run through at best. If there is any lack in customer appreciation I highly doubt they appreciate their workers!!“
