“This Tim Hortons location is by far the only location I would want my coffee from for the rest of my life. They have always made my coffee perfect which is no easy task. During one of my first visits to buffalo to visit my boyfriends family he unknowingly brought me coffee back to the hotel from here. I never drink coffee unless I make it so I almost missed out by telling him I wouldnt drink it. My obsession is on a whole different level years later now and I have tried many different locations...nothing comes close in comparison. My now fiance and I choose our hotel based on this Tim Hortons when we visit.“

“This is easily one of the best Tim Hortons locations in the Buffalo area. I’ve been to many different Tim Hortons locations over the years, and the one on Sheridan Drive consistently stands out for its excellent service, cleanliness, and quality.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. Even during busy hours, they keep the line moving and get orders out quickly without sacrificing accuracy. It’s refreshing to visit a location where the employees seem to genuinely care about providing good customer service.

What really keeps me coming back are the Ice Capps. For some reason, they just taste better at this location than at any other Tim Hortons I’ve visited. They’re always perfectly blended, smooth, fresh, and made exactly the way they should be. I’ve tried Ice Capps from numerous locations, and this one consistently makes the best-tasting ones by far.

Another thing I appreciate is how clean the restaurant is every time I visit. The dining area, counters, and overall store are well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment that makes the experience even better.

Between the fast service, friendly staff, outstanding Ice Capps, accurate orders, and spotless store, this location sets the standard for what a Tim Hortons should be. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quick, reliable, and enjoyable stop for coffee, breakfast, or a cold drink. Keep up the great work!“
