“Personally I think they have the best Ice caps and coffees. Donuts are awesome. The only complaint is the workers, they usually forget something or don’t make something right. I’ve had a lot of times where my coffee would have lots of coffee grinds at the bottom of my drink. Not a lot of people go inside since everyone does drive thru.“
“This is easily one of the best Tim Hortons locations in the Buffalo area. I’ve been to many different Tim Hortons locations over the years, and the one on Sheridan Drive consistently stands out for its excellent service, cleanliness, and quality.
The staff is always friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. Even during busy hours, they keep the line moving and get orders out quickly without sacrificing accuracy. It’s refreshing to visit a location where the employees seem to genuinely care about providing good customer service.
What really keeps me coming back are the Ice Capps. For some reason, they just taste better at this location than at any other Tim Hortons I’ve visited. They’re always perfectly blended, smooth, fresh, and made exactly the way they should be. I’ve tried Ice Capps from numerous locations, and this one consistently makes the best-tasting ones by far.
Another thing I appreciate is how clean the restaurant is every time I visit. The dining area, counters, and overall store are well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment that makes the experience even better.
Between the fast service, friendly staff, outstanding Ice Capps, accurate orders, and spotless store, this location sets the standard for what a Tim Hortons should be. “My food was good... The lady who took my order was really patient and nice! My food was very tasty😋. I feel like my Chipotle chicken wrap was smaller than usual. Very clean and nice! If I work near this area, I will definitely come here for my morning coffee or maybe even my lunch break!
