“I came one night with a mobile order and they just closed the grill for the night. And I wanted a grilled steak panini but I had to get it the next day . They didn’t think I was trying to scam them or anything and the food was really good and everyone was super nice“
“Never had a problem here with service or the taste! I come here a lot in the morning for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The donuts and some other foods on the menu are kinda mediocre, but other than that everything tastes great. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have a higher rating. I think a lot of the bad reviews for this place are just written by people who have nothing better to do than pick out and critique the tiniest things to complain about.I saw one review that said, “They don’t even ask if you want a receipt!” Okay Karen, how about YOU just ask for one of it bothers you so much?Good work from the employees. :)“
“One of the best tim Hortons locations in all of western NY. Friendly staff the store manager is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my life. She runs a tight ship and all her employees are well mannered they maintain a perfect atmosphere for me as well as other customers to come in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich from time to time“
“I hit the drive thru while a friend was having surgery at the Millard Fillmore Surgery Center.My coffee was excellent! As is usual for ALL Tim Horton locations that I have been to - the coffee tastes perfect, is just the right temperature to drink and the service at the window outstanding.“

“Had a job interview at the Tops down the street and decided to go here and get myself a medium Iced Matcha Latte with 2 pumps of vanilla and the brand new golden cinnamon cold foam! It is a very nice Tim Hortons! I love the fake fire place near the window, absolutely love the inside! The store was pretty clean for the most part. Bathroom floor was a little sticky. The guy who served me had a very soft voice but still enough to hear (at least for me), I thought he served me a SMALL Iced Matcha Latte but he told me it was medium and I just went with it. It didn't really look like the foam was in there as much but maybe they only had a little bit left in the machine, so that could be why. All I can say is that my drink was pretty good! I enjoyed my time being there, but another thing I will say. I think it would be great if there were outlets near the fire place area.“
“Went to Timmy ho's as it us called to get coffee. Let me tell you this is the best coffee on this side of the Mississippi. I would advise everyone to go here. They gave recently cut the senior and police discounts which is a bummer. It's still an awesome place. People that work here are great they work to get you what you want.“
“This Tim Hortons location can be a bit busy at certain times of the day both in the drive thru and the dining room.
I visited here for a late breakfast on a Saturday morning. I ordered a sausage biscuit with egg and cheese, and a medium original blend coffee with one cream. The sandwich was very delicious and the biscuit was fluffy.
The dining room was very clean with high chairs with table, coach with table and standard dining room chairs with tables.
I would recommend this Tim Hortons location.“
“I'm at this location all the time, and unfortunately have had to see the staff deal with some truly nasty, mean people. The staff always take it in stride and do their best to serve people that honestly should have just been shown the door. Everyone at this location deserves a major raise!“
“Big shout out to Izzy for being so accommodating and sweet. She helped me modify my favorite beverage to accommodate my health preference (diabetic love french vanilla cappuccino but too sweet for me) and she even made sure i was pleased with it before i took off.

“They ALWAYS screw up the order somehow. Rarely give napkins with the breakfast wraps or sandwiches. Forget the straws with the drinks. Can't figure out change.
Dietary restrictions: Watch out if you're Diabetic. I've ordered coffee with artificial sweetener and they blast me with sugar ! They're going to kill somebody someday.“
“The offerings your company makes for breakfast are just absolutely great. I was first exposed to your coffee approx. 5 years ago on a vacation to Canada and it is all I buy now (online), and have since tried your donuts, specialty type pastries, and hot breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and hash browns and they rank as my favorite breakfast foods when I can get them. I wish you had locations in Pennsylvania closer to where I live as I would definitely visit a few times a week!“
“While this is only a small shop and is only open during the standard 9-5 business hours on weekdays, it is by far the absolute best tim hortons in the area. The same two women are working almost every time I go in. They are kind to my baby, and never make a bad cup of coffee. I will say they seem to often be out of honey crullers so the demand must be high at this location, and sometimes there can be a wait but I would rather wait a couple minutes for a good coffee than get a crappy one right away.
Should note there is no seating, and there is no bathroom for customers in case you are looking for that sort of thing.“
“They always know my order every morning when i come In or even through the drive through everyone there is extremely friendly and super sweet it's always a pleasure to get coffee or food from them and to leave with a smile on my face 😊“

“Got a little snack on my way to work and I got 2 birthday cake timbits, and 2 of the Honey Dip timbits. I give this only 4 stars because it was a little pricey ($2.29) and usually when I get 4 timbits, it's $1.80 so I don't know if prices vary by locations or because I got different timbits it happened to be a little more expensive (maybe the Bday cake timbits). Another thing I want to say is, this place looks VERY pleasing!! I love the red leathered seats with the table and the fire place! Decent lighting, and place looks very clean! Keep it up!“
“We are visiting Buffalo and stopped in for a potty break. Not wanting to be rude, we ordered a little snack and some coffe; Kymberly assisted us. How kind and talkative and helpful! “My husband and I were traveling from Canada and decided to visit this Tim Hortons and our experience was simply awesome 👌 Staff member named Ali took our order and he was so friendly and so kind. He greeted us and welcomed us with a big smile. Asked our names and asked us how are we doing. Great Conversation! We have never experienced such a warm genuine hospitality at any of the tim Hortons. We ordered some sandwiches 🥪 and few drinks 🍸 and he made everything on point. Incredible prompt service great food/drinks we loved this place. Tim Hortons need more people like Ali. “This is a really solid restaurant with great food and friendly staff. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and well made, and the portions were good. The staff were polite, helpful, and made the experience smooth without being overbearing. Service was timely, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and clean. You can tell they care about both the food and the customers. Definitely a place I’d recommend and would come back to again.“
“While this place has excellence service, I always grab coffee in the morning if I can. they close the doors to the dining room in the morning about 2 to three times a week which kinda sucks for me because I don't drive. Maybe I'll just start walking in the drive thru lane“
“Only issue at this location is service when you need the code to use the bathroom! They are slow and use the minimum employees even on a busy weekend when a Line almost out the door! But all locations have been slipping on stocking food and drink options up, so unfortunately Dunkin Donuts has more and more of my whole families business now!“

“The woman who took care of me was amazing. I think her name was Ashley. I have never bought regular coffee in my life, only already flavored things, like cappuccinos. She suggested what to get and it was perfect. Despite being the only one able to do the cash register and make the food, she was doing a great job. She didn't let the pressure get to her.“
“This TH is located in the Buffalo General Hospital and is accessible to both hospital employees as well as patients and families. The staff is very friendly and upbeat, which is very important and appreciated in a hospital setting, It is most always very busy but they are able to keep up with the orders. The menu is great and the food is very good.“

“Everything I got was fantastic, firstly. Also, the woman with the glasses and ponytail, was so sweet & helpful. I was coming in afternoons and evenings, Thurs-Sun. She remembered me through my few days there, asked how my family was & followed up, and gave me great product. It was so nice during a crazy time for me. Also a new guy was training and helped me twice and was great!
(At one point during a different time, I was in the lobby on the phone and heard someone yelling loudly about a coworker they were unhappy with. I don’t believe they were working as they didn’t have the uniform on but we’re behind the counter. I hope it’s sorted out for them truly, but I’d be a little quieter next time we’re shouting our grievances in the hallways of a hospital, respectfully.)“
“I go to this Tim Hortons a LOT!! This was the very first ever Tim Hortons I have been to since I moved here to Buffalo! The workers started to know I come here regularly, I have also been to other Tim Hortons locations as well! I also love the outside design, the black window sills, the nice bricked wall, and the white and red shades over the windows are the cherry on top! Store is always clean, workers are very nice! My very first ever drink from this location was an online order (Doordash) and it was a medium Oreo iced capp, took one sip and I was in LOVE! I started getting rewards for Tim Hortons because I have been having Tim Hortons more than I have Dunkin' and that is coming from someone who was born in Cambridge, MA! The best Tim Hortons in Buffalo! Keep up the good work, and I hope this location NEVER closes!“
“I work behind the garbage truck, we make a brief stop here at the mid-point of our route.I appreciate that they don't hassle us about using bathrooms. Some places keep them locked and only allow you in if you make a purchase.It's always very busy when we go in, full house, but employees do their best to keep things moving, AND to keep them organized as they move.I respect the effort and they should be recognized as a team, as there is sometimes an obvious tension between staff. No issues between Staff and customers that I've ever seen, but they deserve some positive reinforcement to encourage team building, not due to a lack of something, but because they deserve to know they are working well together and feel good about each other, at ease with each other.“
