I’m a Tims fan, so I’m a little biased when it comes to the product, but the service was great! When I got there, the lines were to the door. The staff got thru the morning rush pretty fast. I dont know about the other patrons, but my order was done right and tasted great.
I love this place it's in a very convenient location and Ive spent a lot of money here which make me sad to say that the staffs attitude is very poor, always has been since I started coming around this time last year. Some staff members are extremely rude, rushy, impatient, and clearly don't want to be there. This is one of the saddest little breakfast bagels that don't match the picture. Does anyone natively speak English?

Tim Hortons offers good food, but without any exceptional flair. Service is average, with occasional delays. The London Fog remains a standout favorite among customers, and the coffee, particularly the caramel latte, is a highlight. The menu includes a variety of items, such as paninis, with some being out of stock at times. Customers have enjoyed the turkey bacon club and chocolate glazed doughnut. While the food handling area is kept clean, the floors are not the best, possibly due to high traffic. The staff work hard but are sometimes understaffed, and there is no microwave to melt cheese on items like the steak and cheese panini. Overall, it is a decent spot for a quick bite or drink, especially if craving a good coffee or a quick snack.
