After experiencing the drive for hours just to secure a US Passport, it was good to know that I was safe in downtown Buffalo NY. The ladies at the front desk were knowledgeable about the area. I was given detailed instructions and the location for the government office. The hotel is located in a prime area for anyone flying or driving into Buffalo to secure a passport. Stayed here for a short trip to the area. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and had a fridge and microwave.

Much more dated than the other two Hilton properties in the near vicinity. Could use an update. The room kind of smelled but was clean if not new. The staff there are really what led this to a 4 star vs 3 star review. All were very polite, accommodating, and friendly. No clue why there is no signage downstairs about their restaurant, which is basically empty because one never realizes or remembers it exists on the 2nd floor.
