Tim Hortons in Tonawanda

“Its mostly great. I go to the drive thru quite often. You have a few employees who are quite miserable. Not pleasant at all. That being said, there are also a few very good ones. Efficient, fast and very pleasant! You need to weed out the nasty ones. A few times i wanted to stop but i didnt want to deal with the attitudes. So i just kept going ....... sad really. Not a good image for Tims.“

“Just had coffee. It's Tim's don't you know. However, my favorite doughnut is Peanut Crunch and this place was offering Chocolate Peanut Crunch! What a concept! 1st time at this location so I'll be sure to let my regular Tim's to get on the ball.“

“My food was good! I will say this tho... I think my double stacked farmers breakfast wrap was kinda stuck to the packaging and it was kinda difficult to open. The workers there were really nice, and I also want to mention... When I walked in, the carpet was COMPLETELY SOAKED but it is the middle of winter so in this case I kinda get it, but I think they should've brought the carpet inside the store instead of in front of the door. It is a very small Tim Hortons, smaller than the one on Michigan Av./William St. There was still dine in available. Unfortunately they were out of artisan Italian bread, chicken and I think something else. Overall my food and my experience was pretty good!“

“I went in today (July 18th) around 9:20a. Whoever is making the food. Give that person a raise. I don’t always come in that Tim’s but in general I usually ask for my stuff to be a little extra toasted. But I forgot to say that this time. They don’t know me at this time. When I open my sausage egg and cheese croissant and the hash brown. Perfectly and I MEAN perfectly toasted. The egg was still a bit runny everything tasted great. “I just went through the drive-through and I really wanted a cold brew, but they were all out. The worker was super nice and helped me decide on what to order instead. the iced coffee I ended up with was delicious and the service was really great.“

“The manager Sandy runs the establishment very nicely and provides the Tim Hortons experience I’ve been accustomed to living in WNY my whole life. This is the local Tim Hortons in the Town of Tonawanda and it’s been a great addition to our community due to Sandy and her staff.“

“I enjoy this Tim Horton's location because there's a narrow strip of land along the edge of the drive-through that's overgrown with tall reeds and shrubs.

You can take a few steps into the brush and immediately feel like you're out in the wilderness. The greenery obscures any views of surrounding buildings and it muffles the sounds of traffic.

You can crouch down in the reeds and feel a primal closeness with the cool, damp earth surrounding you.

I found a duck in there once.“

“Stopped at this Tim Hortons for some coffee and breakfast before our ling drive. The coffee was good took 20 mins to make for some reason. The food we ordered was good was not well seasoned. Customer service was ok at best.
Did get a chance to meet and nice old gentleman and his lovely dog who are a regular over there.“
