Tim Hortons in Cheektowaga

“Went here about less than a week ago. I went to the Dollar Tree in Thruway and usually, I go to Burger King, but decided to walk about 9 to 11 minutes here instead. I got one of my new regular drinks, which is the Iced Matcha Latte with 2 pumps of vanilla and the golden cinnamon cold foam. My drink was pretty good, store looked clean, staff were nice! But when I walked in... It smelt like something may have been burning but I honestly don't know what that was. Would definitely go here again!! ☕“

“Really want to give it 5 because I love Tim's, but some of the employees make it hard to like this one.
I come here occasionally to get a latte or cocoa. I'm a simple guy, but when I see whipped topping on the pictures I kinda expect that on my latte/cocoa, but more often than not, they won't put any on them.
Just this morning I got a peppermint latte but the lazy counter guy half-assed it, no whipped cream or candy. I asked if I could have some and he put some on, but came back with my drink and a dirty lid, to which I asked for another lid.
The guy just looked like he just couldn't be bothered. I get work can suck now and then, but that's life.
The employee in question was young, a bit of facial hair, and a different ethnicity.“

“Seriously the cleanest and friendliest Tim’s I go to. I try not to go to any others but this one. Not only is everyone friendly, it’s the fastest, my order is very rarely messed up. They have double chocolate donuts! And no other ones have them. A huge thing I love about them is the personal touches the store manager does. The thank you stickers are the sweetest! And always make my day. They put a whole personalized touch to a corporate company. And I love supporting them.“

“Went inside, was greeted right away by an older lady very nice and attentive. I ordered blueberry timbits she started a conversation telling me they are her favorite not everywhere has them, it’s owners choice. Great customer service from the group of ladies working at 3pm today! Good employees need to be acknowledged too.“

“Much cleaner, friendlier, and faster than the location next to McDonalds. Amazing how much difference there is. This location doesn't have workers blaring music or using profanity like the other one. This location is far superior compared to the one a block away. If you go to the Tim Hortons next to McDonlds make sure you get your bank/credit card back, if not watch your statements!“

“We just left the Tim Hortons on Pine Ridge Road in Cheektowaga, New York, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received.

There were a few difficulties with our order at the beginning, but I truly commend the staff for how they handled the situation. Jasmine, the manager, along with Chidiphice and Aneisha, were absolutely professional, attentive, and kind. They listened to our concerns, explained that some menu items were unavailable due to weather-related delivery delays, and made it clear that the issue was beyond their control.

Jasmine stepped in right away, made the necessary adjustments, and the team worked together to ensure everything was taken care of. What stood out the most was that they handled the entire situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine smiles. They could have responded negatively or rudely, but they didn’t. Their positive attitude made all the difference.

It was truly a pleasure visiting this location. Thank you, Jasmine, Chidiphice, and Aneisha, for turning what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. We will definitely be back!“

“My favorite go to spot for coffee! It’s right near my house, which makes it super convenient when I’m on the go. I’m a regular here, and Linda the manager is absolutely amazing, so welcoming and always so friendly! She even knows my order I’m a simple gal with my medium TT 😄 She brings such good vibes and positive energy every time I come in. Great service, great atmosphere, and always a great start to my day!“

“Heard about Tim hortons so decided to try it out tbh. There’s Tim hortons everywhere here lol. We just got a dozen and I got some drink as well. Was ok. I’ve had better donuts tho. I liked the crepe filling ones but nothing spectacular. But was worth a shot. Had the donuts last for about 4 days or so.“

“We have always had great service at the Harlem &William location.
The staff has always been friendly and professional.
This location has the best brewed coffee and has always been fresh and hot!! Im glad they opened at this location. Thank you. 🙂“

“Let me just tell you about my experience. I had 15 mins to get to my gate. And I grew up in Fredonia and I live in ATL. I decided to get some donut holes for my kiddos that still are close to home.

I ordered on the kiosk and walked up. And THE NICEST ladies greated me! Katrina Morris!! Your smile is contagious….. and when you greet people you make them happy ~ even in a last minute stop at an airport.

HR people ~ Heads UP you need a customer service person like her.

She NOTICED everything.

She even asked to take a photo with my Buffalo Bills Boots to post on the Tim Horton Page.
