“Ordered a BLT sandwich. Requested Veterans Day free coffee per the website. Manager wasn't certain if he could honor that, but did anyway and actually gave me two, since one was prepared by mistake. Establishment is very clean and has a large screen TV to watch. The sandwich was hot and served on a ciabatta roll, which seemed unusual. The tomatoes were flavorful and juicy and the lettuce was crisp. There could have been a little more dressing but overall the sandwich was delicious and filling.“
“Much cleaner, friendlier, and faster than the location next to McDonalds. Amazing how much difference there is. This location doesn't have workers blaring music or using profanity like the other one. This location is far superior compared to the one a block away. If you go to the Tim Hortons next to McDonlds make sure you get your bank/credit card back, if not watch your statements!“
“I went into the dining room so I could pick out my kids favorite donuts for a special morning treat and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond in helping me get my daughters favorite donut and I'm truly greatful. It's hard to find good & friendly service in places now and I can say the gentleman that helped me was the Best, but I also noticed all the workers were friendly & helpful after watching the customer interactions while I waited for my order.“

“Just got my final Tim Hortons of my vacation here at the airport in Buffalo and I'm so thankful it was here. I've had TH everyday the last 5 days because I love it so much. I wasn't sure if the airport would be the same and by my surprise it was and better! Waiting for me with a friendly smile was Scarlett. The donuts were fresh and their area was well kept and clean. “Out of all the Tim’s around I go to this one I pass 4 everyday on my way to the Walden one , the ppl that work there are fantastic and seem to actually truly care about taking care of people. I get a simple bacon and cheese bagel and an ice cap and the bagels are always on point and they always have the ones I like This to me is the best in wny.
