This particular Tims on Union road in cheektowaga near Walden Ave has an amazing team I've come too know going through multiple times a day first with my Pittie Emma after the loss of her continuing to come through now with my new pittie mix 🐻 bear..
Super friendly and outgoing even on bad days or busy ones .. I run my own business and have managed many big places , just know you have good people here , earning an honest living with great attitudes with clientele.

i come here Every Dayi Need my fix people are friendly and fast service
I was over charged for my donuts (I didn't realize until after). I also received the wrong drink, the employee tried to convince me it was right for about a minute before she realized she was wrong. I also found sweater in my donut icing. Not sitting on top, like in the icing. It was so gross. I didn't check until I got home and noticed then. The timbits were also undercooked, I wish I was kidding. This location has been open long enough that there should not be so many mistakes.

This Tim Hortons location is noted for its great, friendly, and professional staff who provide very good service. Reviewers find the food to be fresh and the location very clean. The brewed coffee is highlighted as the best, always fresh and hot. Specific mentions include excellent donuts and coffee. While most experiences are positive, there have been minor communication issues at the drive-thru. Overall, it is described as a favorite location with an amazing, super friendly team that maintains great attitudes even on busy days.
