I had 460 points in my app, enough to get my xlg coffee like I do every single day, she scans points go down to 60 for some reason &the register does not reflect the free coffee. I get screwed out of my free coffee. Girl at window basically says oh well & I wind up paying the $3.36 for that coffee. When I think about the$$ I spend there every day it's disappointing when the person at the window does absolutely nothing to satisfy the customer. I went through the drive thru and the gentleman that was serving me was very helpful and had great customer service.. he is the only reason you are receiving the 2 star review.. there was a problem with the Tim Hortons app and he was trying to help me in every way and then one of the other employees came over and immediately started spouting off an attitude.. I was in no way being difficult or belligerent. She was extremely rude and had no intention on trying to find the problem....read full review
