“Stopped into TH while waiting for my car to be serviced. I orders a breakfast sandwich and the employee helping me, Hysteria, suggested I have it a little different adding butter and chipotle sauce. It was the best breakfast and wishbone ever had!!! She was so helpful and made my visit and my day start out so much better!!! Thank you to her and the entire staff working today for being so friendly and helpful!!“
“I enjoyed coming to the other Tim Hortons in West Seneca. I ordered double chocolate donut and chili 13 years ago and I had a great time. I went there with my family and I and we've been chilling and relaxing while we are enjoying our food. Someday I will be getting a coffee throughout the morning next time when I visit.“

“The girl with the Red hair did phenomenal on my coffee order: large double double before 8:20AM 8/5/26. I was absolutely sad to bring the perfect cup of coffee back she made me, because the cup had a hole in it.
The girl with the red hair seemed to be having a chaotic morning. I think She did an amazing job staying emotionally regulated, through the drama.

“Updating my more negative review from years ago. I went here recently and the new staff were much more friendly and helpful than years past. As an example, They told me they stop serving the egg white omelette bites at a certain time and I was trying to order them well outside of the available window. Rather than leaving me with just my coffee, though, they offered to heat up some of the omelette bites if I was willing to wait a few minutes. Besides the coffee, I can't eat much here due to dietary restrictions and this was accommodating in a way that was immensely appreciated. Thank you!“
