Tim Hortons in West Seneca

“Updating my more negative review from years ago. I went here recently and the new staff were much more friendly and helpful than years past. As an example, They told me they stop serving the egg white omelette bites at a certain time and I was trying to order them well outside of the available window. Rather than leaving me with just my coffee, though, they offered to heat up some of the omelette bites if I was willing to wait a few minutes. Besides the coffee, I can't eat much here due to dietary restrictions and this was accommodating in a way that was immensely appreciated. Thank you!“

“Stopped into TH while waiting for my car to be serviced. I orders a breakfast sandwich and the employee helping me, Hysteria, suggested I have it a little different adding butter and chipotle sauce. It was the best breakfast and wishbone ever had!!! She was so helpful and made my visit and my day start out so much better!!! Thank you to her and the entire staff working today for being so friendly and helpful!!“

“I went into Tim Hortons today and Jake really outdid himself. I was having a bad day and he didn’t fail to make me laugh. He saw how upset I was and pulled a funny face. He pulled a clown nose out of his back pocket and honked his clown nose. Thank you for putting sunshine in my day Jake. 🐮“

“I enjoyed coming to the other Tim Hortons in West Seneca. I ordered double chocolate donut and chili 13 years ago and I had a great time. I went there with my family and I and we've been chilling and relaxing while we are enjoying our food. Someday I will be getting a coffee throughout the morning next time when I visit.“

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the team at Tim Hortons on Clinton and Harlem! The service is always great, and you can really tell how hard everyone works to take care of their customers.
