“Best Tim Hortons Location in WNY! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, food was fresh, and quick too ... I'm honestly not going to any other location after today. Quality is the word I'd use to describe it. I'm talking hashbrown on top of a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin with extra melted cheese on top, I'm talking Iced Caramel coffee blended to perfection, I'm talking laughing while waiting for my order and starting my day off with a smile. Tim Hortons - Fresh. Friendly. Familiar... Always“

“I have visited several Tim Hoton shops, and I have never been disappointed. Coffee was good, breakfast sandwich was warm and fresh. We also got timbits. They were soft, fresh, and delicious. Their donuts look so good, and they are always fresh. We will continue visiting their shops. Tim Hortons prices are great.“

“Friendliest staff I have encountered ANYWHERE in the last year. Went through the drive-thru, we had questions about the new winter drinks and snacks. Woman on headset taking the order was kind, patient and knowledgeable (I think she had brown hair, slender and glasses- we saw someone with a headset taking orders when we pulled up to the window and I think she waved when we got to the window. But could have been changing/ removing gloves. May or may not be the person who took our order) They were busy for lunch time but didn’t make me feel rushed. At the window, a different woman, (short, glasses and short blonde/platinum hair) was so kind and friendly. Talked to us briefly while the last drink was being made and told me how much she really enjoys the new ginger bread chai latte. Honestly, just a ray of sunshine. To the woman on the headset that recommended the new hot cocoa muffin, it was amazing and we will be back! I’m so glad we got 2 instead of one! Thank you for the exceptional service at this location. We will make the trip to this location instead of the one near our house because of the service, care and patience you provided today. I hope your managers see this and you get the recognition you deserve. I would hire you both in a minute at the restaurant I manage.“

“Great donuts but has one flaw..when ordering 1 donut they put it in a bag and when you get a 🍩 with glaze all the glaze sticks to the inside of the bag..why can't they put in a small box equivalent to the size of a hamburger that way when you open the box the glaze isn't all over the place“
