“This bakery has yummy vegan treats, from cookies, cupcakes and even “beef” jerky. It is a frequent stop of mine since I live in Lancaster. Pictured is a funfetti, double stuffed cookie (oreo inside). I would have taken a photo of my bf double stuffed chocolate chip cookie, but he ate it by the time we got back home.“

“An enchanting place within the Village of Lancaster. The ambiance is romantic and cozy. I really like the peacock color walls. They have a variety of items including baked goods, coffees, teas, and other food. They do have gluten free options most times as well. The employees are kind. I recently tried a gluten free cake that was out of this world and a Chai latte that was perfectly made. My fiance loved the tiramisu. I took a hazelnut cake to go.“

“Highly recommend Chrusciki bakery. We used them for our wedding reception in December and the quality, flavor and presentation was everything I could have hoped for.Our tasting experience at the Lancaster location was great, Leah was very informative and helpful and able to accommodate our group. The communication throughout the entire process was very easy and everyone was very kind and helpful! We ordered the white almond raspberry cake as our tiered cake and it is my personal favorite. The red velvet sheet cake, macarons and cookies were all GONE at the end of the night. Everything was a big hit with our guests!“

“I have always had nothing but good things to say about this company. My husband works here and the people are nice. He has been here awhile now and has learned all the machines on his shift minus 1 or 2. He is very hard working and dedicated. He works basically every other Sat. Leaving him then with only Sundays off. But he shows them that he is loyal to his company and to his job. There are a lot of incentives to working for this company. However, it is very hard work. If I had any criticism to give it would be 1 thing. And I don't mean criticism, rather a suggestion. It would be to pay these employees more money. They should be paying more to people also who have dedicated their time into learning multiple machines there. My husband is also a helper. He goes around helping others as well. People truly like him on his shift. I wish there was room for growth here. Like to be able to get a higher position if one wanted to climb the ladder sorta speak. I defiently think my husband would be very good at that. Since he has a leader quality about himself and also he is bi-lingual. He can speak to a multiple of people. I'm not bias when I say these things, rather I'm just very honest. These people are good people. They just need to go with the times. For all the hard work they all do, it should be seen in there pay.“

Rise Baking Company Bakery •

“I want to add on to my review. So it was 4yrs ago that I gave 5 stars and today they even deserve more in my families opinion. See, my husband works here and he loves his job. Is it hard work? Darn right but it's honest work too. We have seen this company switch owners a few times and for an employee that can be scary because you never know who will come in and take over and will things go the same or will things be different. Different doesn't always mean bad but it can throw things off either in a good way or not so good way. We have seen this company go fromCSM to CSM-Brill to just Brill and now to The Rise Baking Company. Since being Rise, yes a lot has changed but in our opinion in a good way. These very hard workers finally were given a much needed raise. A mighty good one at thatWhere some companies consider 5 cents to 10 cents a great raise they got over a dollar. Bravo! Some people aren't as grateful and look for more but I think like this, they didn't have to be so generous at all. My mom use to say, don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Be grateful. Nobody owes you Shhhh in life. She was definitely correct. This company goes out of their way to show their employees appreciation. They give work bonuses when everyone pulls together to produce great products for their customers. And just recently everyone received at least $50 worth of food from Dash's Stores. Each person got one. For each shift. (3 shifts). That just brought tears to my eyes. My husband and I are very very humbled. In times like this when the economy isn't doing well at all. They showed love to their peopleThank you so so very much from the Rivera Family. God Bless you all. And I pray my husband can and will retire from this company some day. Thank you again so much.Clean, friendly people, never knew this place was here until I came here one day to pick someone up from work. I thought I'd feel uncomfortable in their parking lot, especially if someone came out and said something, however all I received were a lot of smiles and hellos instead. There isn't any ignorant behavior amongst anyone at this establishment, everyone that I have seen so far, have conducted themselves like gentleman.Thank you“
