I arrived at 8:35, checked in, and was immediately given the door. Around 9:00 they started loading. I think this place is just perfect for downloading. May the Lord bless these people! I give it 5 stars!“

“I have visited several Tim Hoton shops, and I have never been disappointed. Coffee was good, breakfast sandwich was warm and fresh. We also got timbits. They were soft, fresh, and delicious. Their donuts look so good, and they are always fresh. We will continue visiting their shops. Tim Hortons prices are great.“

“I cannot recommend this bakery enough! I was looking to order a special cake that looks like a birch tree with my husband and I’s initials “carved” into the bark. Their customer service is excellent and they were very kind throughout the ordering process. When it came time to pick up the cake, I was blown away! They absolutely exceeded my expectations in all areas. The cake was beautiful and also very delicious (I ordered chocolate with a chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting). “We are so happy that we decided to use Blue Eyed Baker for our wedding desserts! We ended up with a clear vision of multiple different desserts that we wanted, and Madelyn and the entire team made everything come to life exactly as we pictured. From making custom tasting boxes so we were 100% sure of our flavors, to working with our florist to get matching flowers on the cake, everything was very clear from start to finish. And it all tasted amazing too! Our venue was a bit of a drive away from the bakery (Akron from East Aurora), but delivery was on time and flawless. (The cherry on top was that I knew our delivery person from a dance job years ago - thanks Becca!) The "buttercream," plain or with fruit, does not taste like buttercream to me, tastes like Criscocream with maybe a hint of butter. Pretty, but not as pretty as their ad photo. Never tried their regular bakery items or food. Sorry, can't comment on that. There are tables for el fresco dining. Cute little area. Cakes were not worth the excessive price

“I just tried my first Brian’s Best everything bagel. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! Definitely the best overall gluten free everything bagel I’ve ever had. No doubt about it. The fact that their bagels are also dairy free and made of natural, wholesome ingredients is really cool. I double toasted it. The bagel was nice and crunchy around the edges. The spice mix on top was that perfect everything bagel mix and didn’t fall off in the toaster. We were pleasantly surprised to see these amazing bagels are made in Cheektowaga!
