“I am giving this location at McKinley mall 5 stars! Only because the employee was very kind and helpful. I had recently purchased Auntie Anne's pretzels and drinks with my significant other where we were surprised to learn that the facility was facing issues such as lack of ice and lack of food in general. The employees are not to be blamed for this but rather it is the management who is at fault for not upkeeping with the establishment. Faulty kitchen equipment and other restaurant issues hinder the employees from doing their jobs well. I hope that positive changes can be made to save this spot. I really enjoy going to this mall ever since I was a child. Please don't shut down this OG pretzel shop.“

“I stopped in yesterday for the 1st time and man oh man is this place a little gem. I was unsure of what to get so the gentleman who was there gave me a piece of the baklava to try...IT WAS ABSOLUTLEY DELICIOUS. I ended up buying a couple pieces of each flavor (cashew, almond, pistachio and traditional). Don't even get me started on the honey cake with pistachios...DROOLSSSS. I will most certainly be back to give the shawarma a try after having such a good experience with the fresh yummy desserts. I am not sure if the guy working that day is the owner or not, but he was very friendly and sweet. I cannot say enough good things about this place!“

“Stopped in with my son before the Bills vs Chiefs game for breakfast. The California breakfast burrito was on point! Good size, full of protein and very satisfying. The fresh berries that accompanied it were a refreshing, sweet finish to the breakfast. Looking forward to stopping in again to try the baked goods!“

“I came for the matcha on tap and was not disappointed. As a tea drinker there are not many places to find a good matcha. I purchased the iced pistachio matcha and it was amazing. Their summer bun with homemade plum jam was also very tasty. If you are a vegan, there are plenty of options. I will definitely be coming back at least once a week. The staff was very personable.“

“I wanted to say thank you to the ladies at Cake Crazy Bakery. I have been to a few other bakeries in the area and they did not know or understand what I had wanted. It was my daughter’s baby shower and her theme was golden books. These ladies went above and beyond and created a cake that looked exactly like the cover of a golden book. Their attention to detail is incredible. Not only was it beautiful. It was delicious! We did not even want to cut the cake.“

The bagel sandwiches were served warm and wrapped in foil, which kept them in great shape. I also picked up a baked good that had a perfect, toasted texture. It is easy to see why this spot is a favorite in the neighborhood. I will definitely be back soon.“

“There was so much to choose from that I couldn’t decide and so I bought a variety. I got the confetti donut holes with cream filling for the staff at Elderwood (& several came to thank me and tell me how great they were). I also got a chocolate covered cream puff, a sponge candy cheese cake slice and a fruity pebbles cheesecake and shared those with friends and our eyes were close and with a grin while we said “MMMM”…. I’ll be going back and I highly suggest you make it there too. I almost also got the angel food cake frosted with whip cream and covered with strawberries… it also looked so good and so that’s on the list for next time.“

“Mc Duffies sells Mr. Pot Pie almond rings. I am told this almond ring is the one of the best in the area because of their filling ratio and the drizzle on top. He specifically said it’s one of the top three in this area. Pick up is easy and they always have them in stock on the table in the front.“

“Oh my goodness!!! I am visiting for work and I really enjoyed this place. First off the guy with the ear gauges is so nice and engaging. He made the visit even better. I tried the peanut butter cookie, brown butter chocolate chip, bacon egg and cheese brioche, and the coffee cake. O.M.G the brioche was delicious and perfectly sized for the price. The peanut butter cookie was phenomenal!!! Like actually shockingly good. The brown butter cookie was good, and the coffee cake was just okay to me. I will 100% be back for the brioche and peanut butter cookie. Thank you!“

“Colleen Saves Christmas! We always enjoy Wegman’s cocktail crab claws as one of our 7 fishes on Christmas Eve. It is a family tradition for us. This year, the local store was out of the claws and wasn’t getting any more. I took a shot in the dark and emailed Colleen Wegman for help. Once she learned our situation, she turned us over to Mike DeCory, an executive in the meat and seafood departments. Mike was our super hero! He found us enough to include the claws in our annual feast. I can’t say enough how much my family appreciated all this help. It wasn’t just about the delicious crab. It was also about family and togetherness. Thank you Colleen and Mike for making our Christmas Eve Vigilia even more special.“
