“I cannot recommend this bakery enough! I was looking to order a special cake that looks like a birch tree with my husband and I’s initials “carved” into the bark. Their customer service is excellent and they were very kind throughout the ordering process. When it came time to pick up the cake, I was blown away! They absolutely exceeded my expectations in all areas. The cake was beautiful and also very delicious (I ordered chocolate with a chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting). Our guests raved about the flavors and the design. Do not hesitate ordering from them - they are so talented. I can’t wait to order another custom cake from them!“

“Baking up fresh batches consistently, this place was a welcome stop at the mall. I love colors, and they're easily my favorite dessert. This chain, as a direct result, is an easy thing for me to love.The employee was silent about bashing, stocking and helping customers. “I just tried my first Brian’s Best everything bagel. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! Definitely the best overall gluten free everything bagel I’ve ever had. No doubt about it. The fact that their bagels are also dairy free and made of natural, wholesome ingredients is really cool. I double toasted it. The bagel was nice and crunchy around the edges. The spice mix on top was that perfect everything bagel mix and didn’t fall off in the toaster. We were pleasantly surprised to see these amazing bagels are made in Cheektowaga! “Went inside, was greeted right away by an older lady very nice and attentive. I ordered blueberry timbits she started a conversation telling me they are her favorite not everywhere has them, it’s owners choice. Great customer service from the group of ladies working at 3pm today! Good employees need to be acknowledged too.“

“Ordered a BLT sandwich. Requested Veterans Day free coffee per the website. Manager wasn't certain if he could honor that, but did anyway and actually gave me two, since one was prepared by mistake. Establishment is very clean and has a large screen TV to watch. The sandwich was hot and served on a ciabatta roll, which seemed unusual. The tomatoes were flavorful and juicy and the lettuce was crisp. There could have been a little more dressing but overall the sandwich was delicious and filling.“
