“Great experience with my wife at this store. Our daughter sent us here with a list of things to get that we weren’t familiar with, so we asked for help. The kind employee , Justin took time to walk around with us to help us find everything we needed, and more. Amazing customer service, and they have a great selection of items as well, we look forward to stopping back in.“

“We have ordered multiple times from here and the fresh warm bread that accompanies the delicious sandwiches is amazing. Their pizza is a must try, we have tried all of the pizza, our least favorite is the four cheese, but if you appreciate gorgonzola or blue cheese than you would love it. Everything is homemade and is a flavor explosion. The sandwiches are a must try, the bread is some of the best around!“

“Every cake is a slice of heaven. I can’t wait until my next one.“

“Your typical Tim's experience. The staff was efficient and cheerful in the morning. The food tasted as you would expect, which is always a good thing. The hill to get to the drive through is always sketchy...especially when the weather is not dry. That would be the only reason I would skip this Tims to go to the next one.“

“10/10 experience I had the pumpkin bagel with pumpkin cream cheese, the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor without being overwhelming. The young man who took our order Arec was an angel, he made our food and personally brought it to us along with napkins and even came back to make sure everything was to our liking. I really felt at home here and it was such an amazing first time I can’t wait to be back soon!“

“Tim Hortons has the best coffee around! I'm always sure to get a few cups whenever I'm in Buffalo on business.“

“I had a great experience at this coffee shop! A really kind young lady working there totally made my day. ( I believe her name was Navia). I was struggling to pick an iced coffee, but she asked about the flavors I usually like and then created the most delicious drink for me. She even complimented my tattoos, which was a sweet bonus. Excellent service and a feel-good atmosphere! Seriously give this employee a raise!!!“

“The staff is incredible! Their customer service is excellent, very knowledgeable of their product and caring! I went in for a brunch with family like a month ago and they assisted me in selecting whats most appropriate for my diet! Very helpful! The food was fresh and presented to me in a very kind manner! The place was very clean and tidy! The staff does a great job! Thank you!“
