I had to go check out the place that took over for Bagel Jays. I stopped in on my way to a day of meetings and just wanted a usual sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich to get the day off right. I ordered my sandwich on an everything bagel, and an iced tea. The iced tea was not the greatest and I did have to add a couple sugars to it just to get it to a good spot. Not as good as bagel jays. It’s okay but I’m not blown away. Not as many bagel options or spreads. Maybe this is biased because I’m mad they don’t sell the jalapeño bagels that bagel jays used to have but honestly in my option the best place to go for breakfast sandwiches or bagels is Paula’s donuts now. The quality is perfect every time.

You guys cannot take a mobile order correctly. 3 times in the past 2 weeks you have messed up our order. Twice I ordered an egg sandwich with 2 eggs and you only gave me one. I'm paying for it and you don't give it to me. My wife ordered a specialty bagel egg sandwich and paid extra for it. You gave us both plain bagels. You also turn off online ordering in the early morning so we can't place orders when we want to.
