Kathy is amazing..she has done 3 showers for me..cookies and cupcakes and everything is absolutely fabulous...the cookies are delicious and beautiful and so are the cupcakes...she always goes out of her way to make everything perfect and so accommodating...Kupkates is the first place I go to..I don't personally know her other then ordering and picking up but she makes you feel like every order is the most important and so is the customer...
I feel so lucky to have Kupkates right in our community! Kathy and her team are so dedicated to their customers. I purchased 5 dozen cookies for the holidays and when it became clear that the Blizzard was going to change our Christmas plans, Kathy and her team hustled to get everyone's orders out a day earlier. I was especially grateful for the sugar cookie decorating kit I purchased. It was a delicious and fun activity to keep my toddler busy during the storm. Thank you so much...read full review
