Kathy is amazing..she has done 3 showers for me..cookies and cupcakes and everything is absolutely fabulous...the cookies are delicious and beautiful and so are the cupcakes...she always goes out of her way to make everything perfect and so accommodating...Kupkates is the first place I go to..I don't personally know her other then ordering and picking up but she makes you feel like every order is the most important and so is the customer...

I feel so lucky to have Kupkates right in our community! Kathy and her team are so dedicated to their customers. I purchased 5 dozen cookies for the holidays and when it became clear that the Blizzard was going to change our Christmas plans, Kathy and her team hustled to get everyone's orders out a day earlier. I was especially grateful for the sugar cookie decorating kit I purchased. It was a delicious and fun activity to keep my toddler busy during the storm. Thank you so much for bringing such delicious treats to South Buffalo!

I made contact on 10/31/2022. Asking questions about cookies. 11/02/2022 I called and spoke to someone regarding the deals of my sons birthday party. The party is on 11/20/2022 his actual birthday date and starts at 12:30 due to the football game. I would need to pick them up on 11/19/2022.Thursday, 11/17/2022 I was called and was told my order is ready ahead of time due to the storm in case I wanted to pick them up earlier. I explain that I could not pick them up either due to running around I had to do. I will pick them up Saturday, like I plan to and I have a pick up truck not worried about snow. The lady said she would have to play it by ear because she had to deliver a cake for a wedding and to call her at 3pm to see where she was at. I've called several times on Saturday 11/19/2022 and left messages. Sunday 11/20/2022 3:15pm I get an message on Facebook saying my order is ready. Then today 11/23/2022 I get another message: "There was a travel ban..I couldn't get off my street ..but checked messages as soon as I was able to get here and there wasn't any message from you ..I also was checking Facebook for a message from you." I completely understand about a travel band. My town wasn't in a travel band so driving wasn't a problem for me. Glade I didn't pay for them. Today is 11/23/2022 and now you want to contact me. I don't want 7 day old cookies lol. My sons party was amazing by the way! But communication is key in every business! Some people call them a no update update.

Have had much better bake goods other places. And for the price you are paying should be top notch flavor. My Grandma was a baker and she could bake them out of the water !!

I was able to order an odd & unique treat for a divorce party and was very pleased with the cookie cake. They were able to accommodate my specific requests and the cookie was delicious! This bakery has my loyalty for as long as they are in business.

An adorable, privately owned business that is only open on Sunday (but that's perfect because most bakeries are closed Sundays) . You can also find them at the South Buffalo Farmers Market in the summer months. We were looking for scones that didn't come from a supermarket, which proved to be quite a challenge last week Sunday (it was Mother's Day too) but I suggested this place and low and behold , they carried some blueberry ones . Also, they had a two pack of cupcakes- peanut butter chocolate and lemon blueberry . The owners were very nice and were able to break my dad's $100 bill (they were quite happy they did good business that day in particular!) I'll let the pictures speak for themselves , but I would recommend stopping by the farmers market and purchase some sweet treats!

Kathy is awesome! Roswell, my family and I love the baked goods. My neighbor now orders cookies for Christmas which we love because we get some, umm! I bring treats to Roswell to my nurse to thank them for helping me. During the farms market in the summer, Kupcakes is my first stop!
