For a fast food service, it was fast, however we had to rejoin the line because our order was not correct, (again- this is common at this location). We had purchased meals and sides were not bagged. When we re-approached the window for these sides, there were multiple employees at the window, yet we still had to wait. The sides were handed out with no apology, just thrust out the window. A quick-service restaurant chain [Akron NY]This was our first meal after a red eye flight. Arrived here at 3:30p which was 3 hours ahead California time. Tim Horton's is similar to a Dunkin' Donuts. Entered the store to us being the only guests.They have a variety of bagels and sandwiches. We placed our order at the counter. A BLT and soup for me. Hubby had a large cup of chili. Nice hours. Enough staff to accommodate customers. Clean dining areas. No condiments out to add sugars or stirrers. First time at a Tim Hortons. Definitely will try again. Especially when I’m strictly a Dunkin fan.
