It's really nice to see the same friendly faces every morning when picking up my coffee. This morning I had to go into work a bit later than normal and Joelle at the drive thru greeted me with an "I was worried, you're later than usual". This to me says that they truly care about their customers. I don't know of any other coffee shop that employs such friendly, caring people around here. I've been to other Tim Hortons locations but this one, by far, is my favorite.
Best Tim Hortons Location in WNY! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, food was fresh, and quick too ... I'm honestly not going to any other location after today. Quality is the word I'd use to describe it. I'm talking hashbrown on top of a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin with extra melted cheese on top, I'm talking Iced Caramel coffee blended to perfection, I'm talking laughing while waiting for my order and starting my day off with a smile. Steak and egg wrap made to the expected build. Team in this location was quick service & attentive to the customer's needs and surpassed the corporate standard! Very good location to get in and out of quick or to sit down and watch morning news for a while. 6 Stars

Tim Hortons is a convenient stop for on-the-go coffee, although some customers find it less satisfying than before. The dark roast is particularly bitter, but the new Nutella and whipped cream stuffed croissant is a pleasant surprise. The friendly crew provides excellent service, making it a great location for a classic Tim Hortons experience. Parking options include a side lot and the nearby Speedway lot.
