I know that there’s a lot of places in Lancaster to choose for your morning breakfast, but can I suggest Pallet Cafe?! I have been to every small café in the area and this place blew me away! I got the Teddy Graham iced coffee, and the Caprese avocado toast. Absolutely incredible. The coffee actually tasted like the description and the Caprese avocado toast was delicious and so flavorful! I just tried this place the first time. I got a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. it was so good! their bagels are homemade. I also got a mocha! best mocha I've had in the area! highly recommend!
Quaint location hunkered down in a plaza. Blink and you’ll miss it. However, once discovered you will enter an intimate setting and be greeted by the 2 owners. Always plenty of good coffees on tap, amazing breakfast sandwiches and the barista whips up some nice specialty coffees if a standard drip won’t do. Forewarned, THE BEST avocado toast I’ve ever had.
