Tim Hortons in Depew

“The 2 men working the drive thru window today (4/27/24 at 11:50am) were extremely kind. There were ducks next to the window that my daughter in the car was waving to, the gentleman working noticed and he came to the window with safe snacks to feed the ducks that my daughter would be able to give them. Now for a 7 year old… that brightened her whole day! They were fast, food was excellent, and the customer service was a 10/10! This location is the best!!“

“This Tims Hortons in Depew 6339 transit is my favorite. The service is awesome and the workers are kind. Always love the morning staff during the week. Saturday went there and Jaz was awesome very pleasant nice and amazing customer service. She smiled and was very polite. This why i love going to this one. They get your order correct without any issues. Jaz thank you for your awesome service. Keep up the good work“

“I just went through the drive thru and my order came up very fast. The employees are very polite and friendly also. One particular employee, his name is DJ. Excellent worker. Thank you DJ for your service. And to mention the food was nice and hot. The employees did a great job!

“What an amazing Tim Hortons! I went in around 7:00pm the other night expecting the workers to be miserable and dreadful like many other Tim Hortons at this late time, but nope! The young blonde man and blonde girl working together were so awesome! I wish I could’ve caught their names because they were fantastic! You can tell they actually enjoy working there! They were laughing, cracking jokes and smiling all while working fast and professionally! My drink was perfect! Iced Cappucino Supreme (Oreo). They made the place feel welcoming. Definitely a good team. My new go-to Tim Hortons for my Iced Cappuccino Supreme (Oreo) before work! Great work you guys!

“Always serves me as promptly as possible no matter how long the lines are. Only issue is district please stop telling your managers to utilize the 1 to out stock rotation vs 2 to 1 etc. By saving 2% inventory you're costing your stores thousands when they have to tell customers they're out of products.Happy Holidays :)“
