Tim Hortons Reviews
Macchiato was ICE COLD and did not want to remake customer service sucks
1 star means that your food actually comes out of a kitchen.. not here thought it literally Looks like they’re making food in a dirty bathroom with overflowing garbage cans. I guess the food inspectors can’t make it past the tsa line because I cannot believe how disgusting the drink station is. The food came out burnt, and the ice was pretty much grey. Couldn’t imagine a worse experience. Zero quality control.
There's no signage directing you to the new kiosks theyve installed for ordering. The employees don't seem busy enough presently to encourage people to order via the kiosk. Airporte already suck. At least pretend to be pleasant?,

Tim Hortons, a popular coffee and donut chain, offers a diverse menu with a great selection of donuts and muffins. Customers often experience long lineups, especially during peak hours, but are generally served by friendly staff, even though some reviews mention that the service may not always meet expectations. While there may be occasional order mix-ups, the coffee is consistently good, and many customers find it worth trying. The restaurant's presence at the Buffalo airport provides a familiar and satisfying experience for travelers, with fresh donuts and a clean environment. Some meals, like the #2 combo with biscuit, bacon, egg, and cheese, have received mixed reviews, particularly regarding the biscuit's texture. Overall, Tim Hortons is a reliable choice for coffee and baked goods, leaving customers satisfied and eager for their next visit, though experiences may vary.
