They staffs are so helpful
It’s 6:30 AM on a Saturday. I work in the airport and half the flights after 12 PM. Yesterday were canceled. Is McDonald’s resides in the middle of a group of hotels across from an airport. Why is the employee sitting in the McDonald’s on her phone, ignoring the cars at the drive-through. At least say something perfect example of trash work ethic please find someone who wants to work.
This place feels unprofessional and toxic. As soon as my friend and I put in our orders, we heard the ladies in the kitchen screaming about the 40 nuggets, and yelling at each other over how long it apparently takes. McDonald's offers solid food but needs to pay more attention to orders to avoid waste. Customers often experience missing or incorrect items. However, when the order is right, the food is satisfying. The drive-thru at this location has been noted for its speed, with some customers reporting a total time of roughly 5 minutes, which is a positive change compared to the long wait times of up to 20 minutes for indoor service. Breakfast items tend to be more consistent than other menu options. One positive aspect is that this location excels in fulfilling to-go orders accurately, even adding extra toppings to burgers. The quality of the food is good, and many customers appreciate that the food is hot and fresh, prepared as advertised. While the wait time for food preparation can be longer at times, the crew is described as quick, friendly, and hardworking, making for a more enjoyable experience overall.
