We had our debit card compromised at this location, we know it was there, because it has been the one and only time we have used that card. The owner needs to know that this happened at his store and needs to act on it. Our visit to this location was Oct 31/2023.

Rude cashiers, very unprofessional, also charged me $3.59 (more than my coffee even cost) just for a cup of nasty tap water. My son needed water and they gave us a cup of sink water and charged us for it. Unbelievable.

Considering this is an airport location, the employees are rude, do not understand the urgency of passengers and do not know how to accommodate for those that have flights boarding. Tim Hortons hire employees that are most considerate and aware, thanks.

Opens at 4 and the ladies were there at 3:20 and at 4 decided to finally make coffee. What did they do for that 40 mins? They leaned over the counter chatting with some man. It’s now almost 4:10 and they are not even acknowledging customers yet.

She literally just said, I guess I will help you now. She made everyone wait 15 mins while she stocked cups and made coffee. People were walking off, I guess if money is not important continue with this crew.

The worker did not want to make hot foods. Said "until her coworker gets here". Next person wanted a bagel and she said the same thing. Then the customer said oh it doesn't have to be hot, it can be cold. And she rolled her eyes slightly... and said "oh-Kay". This is your job. Just do it.

"Ugh" this is how you get greeted by the employees at this location. Just a grunt, not even a hello. Miserable walking up to the counter. My husband ordered but after the rudeness at this location I didn't bother. As expected, his food came out just like the employees personalities "UGH!" Like an animal spitting bad food out on the ground. Not even mediocre at best. Glad i didn't waste my money here. Many other jobs out there, don't need to stay there and make customers as miserable as you. Ugh ?

Quite literally the worst Tim Hortons. My latte had no coffee in it and the sausage in my breakfast sandwich was raw in the middle. I should have just put money in the trash rather than waiting in line for nothing.

Worst customer service ever! My kids were hungry and I went there to the shop and the person used foul language (F word) and told us to get out, and I am not exaggerating. I never would have came here if I knew how rude they were to us.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff messed up our order and gave us an attitude about it. We were sitting at the table closest to the order pick up and he said I was calling you. They never called us and gave us a rude attitude about it.
