Terrible experience! Ordered chicken panini in error. I didn't like it because it was dry. I said it needed more mayo. The person who made it became very offended and started explaining how mayo can't be tasted on hot cheese. I asked for a new sandwich and she continued to argue with me. The guy from drive thru had to put his 2 cents into it! Was I going to be attacked by Tim Hortons workers? She finally made a new sandwich. Looked at my bank statement just now. Didn't get what I ordered. The breakfast sandwich came on the wrong bread. The second sandwich came as a cream cheese on a pretzel bagel. That was not what was ordered. The doughnuts were also not what was ordered. It seems training is sadly lacking at this location.
