Horrible experience. Ordered an egg & cheese bagel “combo”. Charged extra for the muffin. Charged extra for the drink. Total came to $9!! The two eggs on the sandwich were GRAY. The poor cashier had literally NO CLUE what she was doing but didn’t bother asking for help. I will NEVER return to Tim Hortons, this company is absolute trash. AVOID.
Worst Timmy's I have ever been to. Half the staff doesn't care, the other half is overbearing or speaks poorly to each other. Counters and tables were filthy, there were next to no available garbage cans either. The woman brought food out to the counter for the guy in front of me, and then had attitude with me when I was still waiting for mine. 10 minutes later, realized I was till waiting, pulled a cold sandwich off the counter and set it on top of a hashbrown, had the counter...read full review

Drive through pickup ordered my usual, ice hazelnut 1 cream. The coffee was horrible! I returned to the inside. Ordered same thing. Was equally bad. The coffee was either stale or over brewed EXTREMLY BITTER. I noticed an entirely new team and appeared they were having issues and scrambling. Drive up line into the street! Won't be going back there.?
