Drive through pickup ordered my usual, ice hazelnut 1 cream. The coffee was horrible! I returned to the inside. Ordered same thing. Was equally bad. The coffee was either stale or over brewed EXTREMLY BITTER. I noticed an entirely new team and appeared they were having issues and scrambling. Drive up line into the street! Won't be going back there.?

Horrible experience. Ordered an egg & cheese bagel “combo”. Charged extra for the muffin. Charged extra for the drink. Total came to $9!! The two eggs on the sandwich were GRAY. The poor cashier had literally NO CLUE what she was doing but didn’t bother asking for help. I will NEVER return to Tim Hortons, this company is absolute trash. AVOID.

Worst Timmy's I have ever been to. Half the staff doesn't care, the other half is overbearing or speaks poorly to each other. Counters and tables were filthy, there were next to no available garbage cans either. The woman brought food out to the counter for the guy in front of me, and then had attitude with me when I was still waiting for mine. 10 minutes later, realized I was till waiting, pulled a cold sandwich off the counter and set it on top of a hashbrown, had the counter staff give me that. When I asked if it was mine because it was cold, they all turned their backs and went about doing nothing.

Weighted way too long for two coffees anything that is if one person working for the fact you could not do a walk-in

They are worse store in buffalo city. Stuff don't know how to make cappuccino or latte. They believe cappuccino is expresso with steam milk (hot milk). There was no foam and stuff(ladies) arguing with me that cappuccino don't make with foam it's supposed to make with hot milk.even if I need foam I have to pay extra but I ordered cappuccino. Very rude very unprofessional. and last thing is they always say that there expresso machine is broken or its cleaning only regular coffee. Management should check them under cover.

There is no need to respond with your "cookie cutter" answer you give to all reviews. Just saying it like it is. I highly doubt that you are serving Tim Horton's coffee. Or, if you DO, none of your staff know how to brew it properly. What I've been getting there lately does not even taste like coffee. It certainly does not taste like a Tim Horton's coffee. No lie. I'll be brewing my own from now on, and I'll be sure to say "Thanks" as I pick up my cup.
