Tim Hortons is a popular Canadian coffee chain with a Buffalo connection, as the founder used to be an NHL player and played for the Buffalo Sabres. The coffee is consistently good, although the donuts tend to have a similar taste. The service is generally prompt and efficient, with excellent customer service even when handling mistakes or dietary restrictions. The decor is functional but somewhat plain, but the free Wi-Fi is a bonus. Overall, Tim Hortons is a reliable choice for a quick coffee and snack, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
