Why is this location ALWAYS out of chips? I understand it could happen on occasion but seriously every time I'm here- which is about once per week, they're out of chips. I don't get it.
allergic to legume here … selected NO BEANS for my bowl and somehow there ended up being beans in here . overall , would’ve costed an urgent care or hospital visit if i hadn’t mixed my bowl and seen them BUT i did end up getting a $30 refund for a $19 order — didn’t get to eat, gave it to my roommates… my boyfriend called this franchise to complain— turns out the people there are pretty chill at least so … anyways here’s a...read full review
Came here tonight (Wednesday) at 8pm and was met with the most insane circus of an experience I have ever met. Every single employee would rather talk amongst themselves than help any of the 15 people in line to the door. I don't know who did the closing schedule but they put every teenager on shift without a singular adult to supervise. I nearly lost my marbles waiting in that line as 5-6 employees behind the counter ignored the customers.
