Rude as hell. They told us they don’t have chicken. When we asked how long it would be to wait they rolled their eyes at me. I said I can see someone cutting up chicken. They said it for mobile orders first and we don’t get that chicken. Terrible service and all around bad attitude from the staff.

Update on this store, stopped her this evening. This place is disgusting! Food everywhere, especially behind the counter. It’s like they never wipe anything down. Service was also very slow as there was one person on the counter. It's like they don't care about the people standing in line in the store, more people working the pickup station. CLEAN YOUR STORE ITS DISGUSTING! I should have taken a photo.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and pick another location. Food took over an hour past my pickup time for takeout. Understaffed and mismanaged. It would have been faster for them to cancel my online order and just make it on the other side. I’ll never come back. This is wildly unacceptable for “fast food”. Also should note this place is filthy. The counters were disgusting. Garbage overflowing. Not what you want to see while they prep your food.UPDATE: I got home and they didn’t put the meat in my bowl. I’ll never step foot in a chipotle again. Period.

Not the first time ordering from here but will definitely be the last, tried to give this place another chance and I am dumbfounded. I don’t understand how every time I have ordered from this chipotle my order has been wrong. The entire thing not just part of it. I went there to pick up my food and counted 4 vapes laying around the dining room alone. The place was filthy. I waited an hour for my food in the store after ordering from home. And the order was still wrong. Everyone working there was rude, unwelcoming, and had terrible customer service. I don’t understand how this place is still in business to be honest, management clearly does not care, I can’t believe changes haven’t been made yet… disappointing.

This place was dirty, the food counter was dirty. It was 2 girls up front the one that was making the meals was very nice, the other girl ringing out the orders was nasty n rude she didn't have a name tag on so I couldn't get her name she was a tall African American girl with a pink bonnet on her hair and thick fake eye lashes I watched her be nasty to every customer she came in contact with, I watched her go check the garbage n put her hand in it I guess to push it down and no she didn't was her hands, when it was my turn I asked her if she was OK because I couldn't believe someone could be that nasty to customers and she rudely said is something wrong with you? Me and some of the customers were talking about how she could represent the store, I won't be coming back to this Chipotle.

You should hear how the staff talk to customers here, so ruuuuuude!! Yikes! What’s going on at this location?! Go down the street to the other location in north Amherst. Much nicer staff! Plus cleaner and orders are fulfilled correctly, on time, and just taste better!

The "manager" is "ghetto" rude and unprofessional. She was reaching over people's food, did not have gloves on, and was extremely loud and disrespectful to customers. This is one of the worst locations ever.

This location has been horribly managed for at least a year now if not longer, and the staff is increasingly rude, ghetto, unprofessional and severely lacking in integrity and customer care awareness!! My word holds weight and many people will be on notice to not patronize this location. The service is so bad, that the food taste just like it!! BAD!
