“I made a mistake when ordering, somewhat my fault but they have two different menu items with nearly identical names . I went back and explained and the gave me the other item for free. Service was fast, friendly, efficient. It’s obvious these employees care about doing their job properly and trying to keep the customers happy. They all deserve a raise.“

I stopped in after hearing they reopened and even had the opportunity to see the original owner while I was there. I grabbed a couple of doughnuts, and they were AMAZING — just as good as I remember them!

There’s something about coming back to a place you remember and finding out the quality and taste are still there. Now, do I need to go back for more doughnuts? Absolutely not 😂… but am I going back anyway? Absolutely!

Highly recommended if you’re in Buffalo and looking for a great sweet treat. Definitely worth the stop, and I’m glad to see Famous Doughnuts back!“

I gave the cinnamon raisin loaf to Ms Marine she had a bible study class was tickled pink, I enjoyed the ricotta cheese with orange peel rind and the crossiant are still waiting their turn!! “Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.“

“I had a great experience at this coffee shop! A really kind young lady working there totally made my day. ( I believe her name was Navia). I was struggling to pick an iced coffee, but she asked about the flavors I usually like and then created the most delicious drink for me. She even complimented my tattoos, which was a sweet bonus. “This particular Tims on Union road in cheektowaga near Walden Ave has an amazing team I've come too know going through multiple times a day first with my Pittie Emma after the loss of her continuing to come through now with my new pittie mix 🐻 bear.. Super friendly and outgoing even on bad days or busy ones .. I run my own business and have managed many big places , just know you have good people here , earning an honest living with great attitudes with clientele. This is my favorite Tims too frequent.“

“I have aways liked my Tim Horton’s but the service at this one was not good. The employees all looked like they didn’t want to be there! No organization between them either. They we not very polite and the service slow at best. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese which the person putting it together was sloppy, the cream cheese was all over the outside of the bag it was placed in. This store used to be one of the best but not anymore!!!!!“

“I love Dunkin Donuts, the two women behind the counter had a hard time taking my simple order of 1 donut and one bagel twist a hot tea and a hot chocolate... they couldn't understand English so I had to repeat my order about 6 times and my tea tasted like milk with Tea flavor which I am not a fan of but it will not stop me from going to Dunkin... i will just make sure I have the time needed to get my order placed and get it how I want it.
