“Got the focaccia pizza. We payed $14 for 4 squares. It was a bit overpriced but tasty. Asked to have it warmed up and the employee’s response was “we only have a toaster oven so it will take 4-5 minutes”. Sounded like she didn’t wanna leave the counter. Naturally, one would assume it will take that long. They could improve on their customer service experience.“

“Love this Tim Hortons, always very accommodating especially when I make an app mistake. They are very kind to my two labs as well. They go above and beyond to make us feel very welcomed thru the drive thru. Also I have worked through entire pandemic and so have they! Thank you for staying open.“

“I made a mistake when ordering, somewhat my fault but they have two different menu items with nearly identical names . I went back and explained and the gave me the other item for free. Service was fast, friendly, efficient. It’s obvious these employees care about doing their job properly and trying to keep the customers happy. They all deserve a raise.“
