The gentleman who helped us made me a great Americano, we had a really nice chat and went back to our place to enjoy our delicious treats.As a bonus, I LOVE the coffee cup! “Some of the Donuts are delicious best i ever had however some of the donuts were very old, for example the long john and sprinkle donuts were tough and falling apart while the cream inside was minimal and turned to a liquid almost. lady serving was nice enough but not very enthusiastic and it was very hard to choose because there is no labeling on the donuts ive seen other reviews having same reviews with freshness aswell and it kinda seems like luck of the draw to me. If they are ensured fresh and added labels would be a 5 star“
“I stop here frequently thru the week when I drive by. It's always good service and they always make my coffee perfectly. Side note... thru covid this Tim's stayed open and kept me going - truck driver local. Thank you foe that. I'll never forget the struggle to get something as simple as a coffee. Most tims across Niagara were either closed. Washroom closed. Not even counter service. Imagine driving a big truck and you stop for coffee.. they'll only serve you if you drive thru.My truck does not fit at drive-thru. I was refused countless times at many other Tim's. This one is by far my favorite! Great job ? 10stars“
“Very quick and efficient service food is consistently good.Just a note to all Tim Hortons in general and not this place, specifically the cold brew is great, but if you could stir it when it has add ons like cream and sugar, it would be appreciated. Once again, it's not a dig at this place, but it's all Tim Hortons“
“Thank you Tim Hortons! Today I went through the drive thru, the attendant was polite, the line was quick and the service and coffee was great. It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty. I am a former Canadian so I am super proud.Old ReviewService was never the greatest, but I think this place sold recently, and now it’s terrible. First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor. Hey, here’s an idea, smile! And lastly they often mess up your order. I hope the owner and Franchise reads this and take some action.“
