“This is a fresh bakery, meaning every is baked fresh. They opened early Sep 2025. Was Maverick's Donut previously but they closed down Mar 2025. The new owner is making the donut about twice as big volume-wise. The prices are $3 or $4 (Fritters are $5.50). They also sell boxes of 6 ($20) and of 12 ($36); when including fritters, add +$1.50 each. Their sizes are 200%+ in volume than places like Tim Hortons.
The brand was started by a couple in Ottawa around 2016.
All their donuts made by hand, without any machines.
Every location have their own unique flavours. Everything is baked fresh in the morning and throughout the day. Never sold donut the are a day old.
The unique flavours are Churro, Honey Butter Cereal and Peanut Butter Cup.
They put real fruit in their donuts, like apple in Apple Fritters, bananas in Banana Fritters, blueberries in Blueberry Fritters.
I ordered the following:
1. Honey Butter Cereal ($4.00).
2. Apple Fritter ($5.50).
The customer service was really good.
The cereal is soaked in honey and butter and then baked. The glaze is the steeped cereal milk. The balance of tastes is good.
The Fritter has a very thin layer of glaze. They only drizzle the glaze and then turn on on the size to let any excess to drip off. Even the caramel whipped cream is thicken; they call it a velvet top.
Started with cake donuts and now yeast donuts. Yeast donuts can be flavoured whereas cake donuts must be topped or glazed.
Tim Hortons are now frozen and shipped to each location, which reduced preparation time and cost.
They recently started selling specialty coffees. They also have teas and refrigerated drinks.
There are a few tables for indoor dining and an electric fireplace. The seating are is impressively modern.
There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible but there is no door-open button. There is one gender-neutral washroom and it is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot.“

“So disappointing when they just toss it in a bag on a warm day like today! Usually don't go to this Timmies but it was close to work! probably won't go back“

“I'm pretty sure this place is called or at least has the sign "Mom's Breakfast and Lunches". And I have never been to be honest. But I saw this place from an influencer who did a series of videos on this place trying to become a "Regular" at the restaurant. Julia and TJ are the owners and the chefs and the servers in the small rustic beautiful place. And they are genuinely lovely, beautiful people with great auras all around. They went thru a tough time during and after covid. People like these should never have rough times. So go support them and get the Cutlet on a Kaiser with the Po-Do grape drink and show them some love!! <3“

“This Tim Hortons on Martindale Road has become my regular spot lately. The drive-thru is usually pretty quick, even when it's busy, and the staff are genuinely friendly and on the ball. They get your order right without you having to repeat it twice.“

“This is Timmies. It's decent food for what you pay...it's not a fancy bakery or fine dining.
This particular location on Lake at the QEW beside the gas station in St Kits has NEVER failed at the PLEASANT DEMEANOR every single time we go through the drive through. We were there around 9:20am, Feb 26....date and time so the owners know who works those windows! If ALL Timmies took thier cue from this lady, there would NEVER be a complaint about thier service!“

“I was disappointed at this location that every table was 100% full and most tables of four had one person sitting at it doing computer work and no food or coffee anywhere to be seen on the table near them it is possible they drank it and threw it away but it's disappointing that management would not ask people to sit together or share a table or mention something about taking up four seats for one person“

“Incredible donuts AND coffee. As long as you takeaway.
They always have something new, and you could honestly tell me they WEREN'T vegan and I'd believe you.
The only 'problem' is there's very little room to sit and have a donut and coffee.
Not much they can do about that unfortunately.“
