“Their new location is Martindale Road and Grapeview in St. Catharines. Stellar customer service!! I was driving home tonight around 7:30 pm. I wanted to stop and get their business hours and found the mom & daughter packing up to go home. Asking if I wanted something, the daughter graciously opened the front door for me to quickly grab 3 items, pay, and leave. It was truly heartwarming and so very appreciated! The quality was wonderful.“
“Almond torte/glazed donut/crueller and pierogi buns were absolutely amazing. 10000/10. I personally wasn’t a fan of the cin buns or cookies but my husband enjoyed them. I would 100% visit again and recommend to everyone! P.s. I didn’t realise that everything was also dairy free until after the fact haha. You can barely tell the difference!! “Been going there since 1999 it's always clean. They have their own bakery which is excellent lots of bread types the pastries are a little expensive. The meats can be sliced to any thickness you want. lots of variety.very yummyParking: It does get busy at times but then you can park on the street“
“I absolutely love Preston Pies! They have a great selection of savory and sweet treats that I'm always happy to bring home. Sometimes I wish they had friendlier hours. I can't quite make it during the week and have only Saturday to pick up their fresh treats. I could buy their frozen pies at Avondale in the same plaza but I like to pick up sweet pastries while I'm at Preston Pies as well.“

“So far, I have bought their marble/rye bread, scones, croissant, hungarian salami and ready made meals including: roast beef in pudding cups, cabbage rolls, cookies and tabouli salad. All excellent quality at reasonable prices. No complaints. Despite posting that they are looking for hired help, their customer service is excellent! I am new to the area and highly recommend them. Frozen selection looks excellent. I have yet to try other items including their pizzas, rolls, pastries and cakes. Even if you are on a budget, discounted items are still fresh and high quality compared to larger grocery stores.“

I recently requested an individually wrapped sugar cookie order in a custom shape that Beth didn't even have, but she made it happen and the results were gorgeous! Her crumble pies are out of this world, and they offer a bunch of savoury items as well! This business has it all...amazing products and amazing service! I highly recommend!“

“I love their bread, they bake it in house and it's delicious! Their coffee is incredible as well. The atmosphere is nice, it's very open. But it's not my favorite, just because it's not cozy. That's just my personal preference, though. There's no nook or comfy chair/couch to get cozy. They do have a fun little kids' corner, though, which is a brilliant idea. There's a little table and chairs and some shelves with toys and coloring.“
