My insurance of nearly $600 came out of my account earlier that day leaving me with only pennies in my account. on the app i had just enough points to receive a free soup so i headed over to the tim’s 2 minutes from my house, because of the size change tim’s has made for the soup making it only one size now it was not allowing me to redeem my points. the young gentleman owen at the window was very patient and kind with me, he had tried everything possible to help me redeem my soup. it wasn’t working and i did not have any money on me i was honestly embarrassed and was about to tell him it’s okay and drive away but owen took the initiative to be so kind and paid for the soup himself with his own hard earned money. i’ve honestly never experienced something so kind especially with being so down i was so grateful and very appreciative and made my night a little bit better“
