“I had the opportunity to stop by and pick an assorted tray of goodies to take to a dinner party I was attending. I picked a variety of cheesecakes, 3 different types of brownies, nanaimo bars. As it was my first time in I was offered a butter tart and a blueberry lemon bar to sample while I waited for my order to be prepared. Absolutely wonderful!I found the pastry as good as my own. Definitely made with lard, such delicate flakiness just can not be achieved with shortening or oil.The tray was a major hit of the evening.I definitely recommend you try them out for yourself. I will be back and with Christmas fast approaching I’m going to be doing less baking this season.“

I gave her a theme and a few ideas and she used her extreme talent and creativity and gave me the most amazing desert table you could imagine. “I picked up a Black Forest torte from here today for my daughter’s birthday. It was the most incredible cake I’ve ever had!!! From the light mousse filing to the cookie bottom .. I honestly haven’t had any cake like this before! It will now be our go to bakery for all our birthday occasions and I’d highly recommend it!
