Always seem to be out of product. In the last month I have order 3 different things . Oh we don't carry that. Why I should be able to get Broccoli soup or grilled cheese. I have tired this Tim Horton figured the wait times would get better NOPE . Drive thru wait times are 15-25 mins. I tired going in and watch 5-6 people chase their tails. Totally disorganized , not trained. 1 girl seems to be doing all of it. Need to get product and trained staff. But coffee is hot and good
Lots of foreign people who can't understand nor speak good English. Drive through is very slow and orders you get have to be checked by you before leaving. Many times its wrong.

Fist time here from the U.S. Our server was Catlin. She was awesome. I had the sausage farmers wrap replace the eggs with a hash browns. It was delicious. Also had the apple fritters, chocolate dip donuts. Everything was great. The coffee was the best, nice fresh, and smooth and delicious. Yay Tim Hortons.
