There is not to many deals on there coffee like McDonald's.
Fast service. Very noisy. Had kids from different schools in for lunch. It was a mad house with noise [ students ].
Washroom was nice and clean. A perfect spot to stop for a bathroom break.
I wouldn't waste time on the food since every location is the same. Frozen prepackaged crap. Most likely stale.
But the washroom?? Top notch!

Tim Hortons is a beloved Canadian establishment known for its friendly staff. While some customers have experienced inconsistent service, pleasant surprises are still possible. The staff at this location often go above and beyond, with employees sometimes recommending menu changes to enhance the customer's experience. However, some customers have reported issues with order accuracy, particularly on weekends. Despite this, the drive-through service is generally quick and efficient, making it a popular stop for a medium iced cappuccino, breakfast sandwiches, or blueberry cheesecake timbits.
Customers have noted that the restaurant is sometimes out of popular items like regular cookies, but they can always purchase the more expensive dream cookies. One reviewer, who visits the location frequently, has found that the chocolate chunk cookies are often sold out or limited in availability. The drive-through service has also faced some challenges, with one customer experiencing long delays in their mobile order delivery.
Despite these occasional issues, the staff at this Tim Hortons location have been praised for their excellent service and diligence. Employees like Juliana have been highlighted for making coffee perfectly and never disappointing customers. The atmosphere is described as cool, with a commitment to maintaining customer service and speed, making it a well-kept secret in the Niagara Region.
